From the publican to reservations our team are the beating heart of The Bath Arms. Take the time to get to know the many faces behind notepad, bar and kitchen door. Find commonality and spark a conversation the next time you visit us.

Joe
Bar Manager

A true Horsham local, Joe has grown up alongside The Bath Arms, first stepping behind the bar at just 18. Five years on, with a few European adventures under his belt, we are lucky to have him back as our Bar Manager. Warm, welcoming and full of local knowledge, Joe is always up for a chat. When he’s off duty, you’ll likely find him enjoying a pint of Guinness or making the most of his membership at the Tank Museum...

Bri
Assistant General Manager

We have had the pleasure of Bri's kind nature and wonderful hospitality since The Bath Arms Inn opened in 2020. She knows the pub inside out, and guests love her as much as we do, since she is a joy to be around. When she’s not at the pub, Bri is usually out exploring the countryside with her daughter Delilah, who is just as friendly as her mum.

Jack
Head Chef

Jack has been part of the Beckford Family since he was 17. Starting as a kitchen porter, he is now our Head Chef. Passionate about local and seasonal produce, Jack cooks with creativity and flair to bring everything from dry-aged Wiltshire steaks to tasty bar snacks to your table.

Daisy
Events & Reservations

From selling country homes to renovating her own, Daisy's eye for detail makes her the perfect person to look after your reservation. She will make sure your time with us is effortless, from answering the phone to saying goodbye, she will make sure you leave with the best memories possible.

Jon
Landlord

Our charming Landlord Jon can always be identified by his array of fabulous shirts... A true Beckford stalwart, he previously looked after our sister pub, The Lord Poulett Arms in Hinton St George. Now, we have the pleasure of his hospitality and charisma at The Bath Arms Inn, bringing with him his weekly wine picks and friendly warmth to the pub.
